How do I access JMLS wifi and set up printing from my computer?
Go to http://www.jmls.edu/library/ltsguides/ to access the “how- to” guides.
If you have issues with the Wi-Fi, please contact the Help Desk with the time and location where the error occurred.
How do I set up Examsoft?
Go to https://ei.examsoft.com/GKWeb/login/jmls and follow the installation instructions.
How do I transfer emails from my JMLS student email to another email account?
You can transfer entire email mailbox using what is called a .pst file. The guides below walk you through the process for either Windows and Mac. You will also need Microsoft Outlook (included with Microsoft Office) installed on the computer. If you don’t have Office, JMLS provides one free copy of Office for students.
How long do I have access to my student e-mail account?
JMLS student accounts are deleted 1 year after the student’s graduation date, per the school’s policy. You will not have access to email or contacts once the account is deleted. However, you are eligible to create a new alumni email account (example: email@example.com) and use the email transfer guide to move emails from your student email to your new alumni email.
Do you have any additional advice for students?
The best advice we can provide is to ensure your computer installs regular updates, has a working anti-virus (we can assist students with installing a recommended anti-virus), and we highly recommend you create backups of your crucial documents. This can be on either an external hard drive or cloud storage. The school also provides 1TB of Microsoft One Drive cloud storage free through your JMLS student account, but this will only be available as long as your student account is active.

Go to http://www.jmls.edu/its/printing.php to add credit using Paypal or credit card. The preferred web browser is Mozilla Firefox or Safari.
